There is no ready-made answer to this and differs per individual. It is always wise to start low with, for example, 4% and follow the advice on the package leaflet. If you are small in stature, you will generally need a little less than someone or 90 kg and 1.90 m. Yet even this is a hard guarantee for the amount that you have to take. It is advisable to take the CBD during the day, for example, three phases (morning, afternoon and evening) according to the advice of the package leaflet.
As soon as you notice little or no result when you follow the dosing advice you can gradually increase the dosage. If this does not help, a stronger variant can be used, for example the 8% or the 16%.
CBD can therefore be raised if this does not have the desired effect. Make sure you follow the dosing advice for about three weeks before you have to start the increase. The body needs time to get used to the CBD. As is known, every person has the CBD receptors, these still need to be activated.
